|Recommended: YesA Very Nice Place To Live, If You Can Afford It — The Oceanview Apartments is an extremely nice rental community, proven time and again over the 3 years that I've lived here. The grounds and amenities are great, apartments are clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Overall this is a fantastic place to live however, as with most rental units in Santa Cruz nowadays, it is expensive to live here, especially considering its location. I am fearful that the next time rent increases that I may be unable to continue living here, which is extremely distressing, as I never want to leave
