-Price has become extremely unaffordable
- Small space for cost
-Issues with noise coming through walls
- Building does not seem to be in the best state. We had mice at one point, and had maintenance cut a whole in the roof of our shower which leaked dirty water into our shower. They did not resolve this issue for months and did not offer alternate solutions initially. The shower would frequently be covered in black residue
-Initial experience with maintenance was not positive. They did not deliver on promises. New maintenance team is great
|Recommended: YesBeautiful And Relaxing Environment — It is pretty chill here. Having a swimming pool and parking lot for each unit is nice.

|Recommended: YesMostly Love It — I absolutely love it here The grounds are beautiful, the staff is super nice and responsive. I just have a proplem with some of the college aged people living here. They leave their towels and clothes drying over their fence, and leave out their drinking game paraphernalia out in the open, which is an eye sore, and party loudly into the night, or talk on their phones and run around the halls, and we can hear everything going on in the halls. I pay a pretty penny to live here and should be able to enjoy the peace and beauty intended. They also like to sit in the hottub for a long time, so it's hard to find a moment when I can get in. There should be a sign up board with time limits.
|Recommended: YesGreat Property — The landscaping is beautiful, the building is new and modern and the staff and maintenance are extremely helpful. Plenty of street parking, pool, spa, and the BBQ grill is always clean and ready for use. Friendly environment and safe area for sure. 10 10 enjoyed my stay.

|Recommended: YesAwesome Property And Staff — Older building that got renovated, got minor water issues once over a period of 1 year but nothing the staff didn't resolve promptly. Location is great and neighbors are all pretty nice.

|Recommended: YesVery Clean And Convenient Location — Quick walk away from the beach or quick bike ride to the Boardwalk. Dog friendly and the grounds are well kept. Street parking is always available along with the assigned gated parking lot.
